Deans
Academic matters are directly dealt with by the Deans of each department. We have five deans giving leadership to their respective departments, namely Research, Post Graduate Studies and Graduate Studies, Luther Studies, External Studies.
Finance Coordinator
Finance Coordinator heads the finance departments of the Seminary, involved both in the task of raising funds and dealing with the government related matters. Coordinator also manages the regular finance matters. Rev. Selvaraj heads the finance department.
Church Relations
The Church Relations department functions as liaison between the church and seminary. Most of the church related programmes are organised by this department. It keeps the church relations going by organising various programmes with the church. Programmes which are organised by this department are mostly aimed at listening to the voices from the church for which the seminary trains students and to evaluate the relevance of the education given, and to inculcate a sense of support. Regular Intensive Finance Drive is undertaken by this department in various dioceses in Tamilnadu and neighbouring states. Mr. Baskar, one of our graduates heads this department.
Staff
A team of more than 100 staff are working in various departments of the seminary. They form the category of Non Teaching Staff (NTS). They include Secretaries, Accountants, Manger, Clarks, Support Staff, Gardeners, Security Personnel, and Drivers.
